成果

• 専門的・学術的観点からの成果: 1) 5種混合ワクチン（DPT-IPV-Hib）の初回免疫において、「クイントバック水性懸濁注射用」と「ゴービック水性懸濁注シリンジ」を異なる4通りの組み合わせで3回接種し、互換性を評価した。その結果、初回免疫後のHib（PRP）、百日せき（PT、FHA）、破傷風毒素、並びに弱毒ポリオウイルス1型・2型・3型に対する抗体保有割合は100%、ジフテリア毒素に対する抗体保有割合は95～100%であり、いずれの組み合わせで接種した場合でも良好な平均抗体価の上昇を認めた。
• 臨床的観点からの成果: 1) DPTワクチン接種妊婦では抗PT価と抗FHA価が上昇。臍帯血の抗体保有割合（≧10EU/mL）は：抗PT抗体が接種者98%、非接種者32％；抗FHA抗体は各々、100％と64％。; 2) DPTワクチン接種・非接種妊婦の比較で、妊娠合併症、胎児異常、分娩時異常などに有意差なし。妊娠転帰（生産）は接種者96%、非接種92%（P=0.03）、子宮内胎児死亡・死産はなし。; 3) 新型コロナ・オミクロンBA.5流行期に、抗N抗体価20.4 COI（vs. 陰性）では感染に対する相対リスクが80%減少。
• ガイドライン等の開発: 1) 新型コロナワクチンの接種開始にあたり、リスクコミュニケーションの実施と接種方法の解説を目的に、以下3つの資料を作成。; ①動画「医療従事者のための新型コロナウイルスワクチンを安全に接種するための注意とポイント」、厚労省公式You Tubeにて公開。; ②リーフレット「医療従事者の方へ：新型コロナウイルスワクチンを安全に接種するための注意とポイント」、厚労省ホームページに掲載。; ③冊子「新型コロナウイルス感染症に係る予防接種の実施に関する接種者向け手引き」、全国都道府県医師会等に配布。
• その他行政的観点からの成果: 1) 第27回厚生科学審議会予防接種・ワクチン分科会／研究開発及び生産・流通部会（令和４年３月２３日）における、海外製季節性インフルエンザワクチンの導入を見据えた議論の資料として、当研究班がまとめた「インフルエンザワクチン株選定の在り方」が提示された。; 2) 上記「臨床的観点からの成果、1) 2)」に基づき、沈降精製百日せきジフテリア破傷風混合ワクチン「トリビック」の添付文書中、「9. 特定の背景を有する者に関する注意、9.5 妊婦」に関する記載が改訂された（2026年4月）。
• その他のインパクト: 1) 四万十市の高齢者施設・病院で実施している、新型コロナワクチンの免疫原性と接種後の抗体推移に関する研究が、地元の新聞に掲載された（高知新聞、2022年3月19日）。; 2) 公開シンポジウム「移植患者における新型コロナ感染症に関する厚生労働科学研究費補助金研究事業結果報告―実態調査とワクチン有効性について－」を開催した（2023年3月11日）。シンポジウムにおいては、日本医学会連合門田班（代表者 門田守人）とワクチン疫学研究班（代表者 廣田良夫）の江川分担班などが６演題を発表した。
